Receptionist Configuration
This is the name ERICA uses when speaking to callers, e.g. "I'll make sure Kurt Petersen gets your message."
Enable this if your phone number forwards to ERICA. When enabled, ERICA will only send you text messages about calls (no phone calls).
Receive email notifications when ERICA handles calls. This works even if your phone forwards to ERICA and cannot receive texts.
Important: This must be your personal phone number (cell phone or direct line) - NOT the number that forwards to ERICA. When callers ask to speak with you, ERICA will call/text this number to connect you.
When enabled, ERICA will answer all incoming calls to your receptionist number.
Leave blank to use the default greeting. Use natural, conversational language.
Choose the voice your receptionist will use when speaking to callers.
