• Sending professional communications to clients
• Scheduling appointments and managing tasks
• Generating reports and analytics for your business
• Managing rental properties and reservations
• Storing and organizing business documents

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use Agent Ledger Pro to:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Engage in any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws
• Facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Violate fair housing laws, discrimination laws, or consumer protection regulations
• Engage in unauthorized practice of law or other licensed professions

3.2 Harmful Content

• Upload, transmit, or store content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Store or transmit content that promotes violence or hate

3.3 Spam and Abuse

• Send unsolicited bulk emails or messages (spam)
• Harvest email addresses or contact information without consent
• Use the platform for automated mass messaging without proper consent
• Violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or other anti-spam regulations
• Send messages that mislead recipients about your identity or intentions

3.4 System Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or consume excessive system resources
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users

3.5 Data Misuse

• Collect, store, or process personal data without proper consent
• Violate privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations
• Share or sell user data obtained through the platform
• Use the platform to compile marketing lists for resale

3.6 Competitive Activities

• Use insights gained from the platform to develop competing products
• Benchmark the platform for competitive analysis without permission
• Copy, reproduce, or imitate the platform's features or design

4. Communication Standards

4.1 Email Communications

When using Agent Ledger Pro's email features, you must:

• Only send emails to recipients who have provided consent
• Include accurate sender information and a valid reply address
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly (within 10 business days)
• Include a physical mailing address in commercial emails
• Accurately describe the content of your message in subject lines

4.2 SMS/Text Communications

When using text messaging features, you must:

• Obtain proper written consent before sending text messages
• Comply with TCPA and other telecommunications regulations
• Provide clear opt-out instructions
• Only send messages during appropriate hours

4.3 Phone Communications

When using phone features including the AI Receptionist:

• Comply with Do Not Call registry requirements
• Disclose when calls are being recorded (as required by law)
• Respect time-of-day calling restrictions

5. Account Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
• Using strong, unique passwords

5.2 Accurate Information

You must:

• Provide accurate and current registration information
• Keep your account information updated
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Usage Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, the following limits may apply:

• Storage: Reasonable limits on file uploads and data storage
• API Calls: Rate limits on automated integrations
• Email Sends: Daily/monthly limits on outgoing emails
• SMS Messages: Volume limits based on subscription plan

Specific limits are outlined in your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or temporary service restrictions.

7. Enforcement

7.1 Monitoring

We may monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with this policy. Monitoring may include reviewing usage patterns, investigating complaints, and analyzing system logs.

7.2 Reporting Violations

7.3 Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Temporary Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access
• Permanent Termination: Permanent closure of your account

The severity of the response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation. We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice for serious violations.

8. Appeals
