Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans
1.1 Available Plans
Agent Ledger Pro offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly with no long-term commitment
- Annual Subscription: Billed annually at a discounted rate
- Enterprise Plans: Custom pricing for brokerages and teams
1.2 Plan Features
Each subscription plan includes access to core features as described on our pricing page. Feature availability may vary by plan level. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice to subscribers.
1.3 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select. Your billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription purchase.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
2.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee using your payment method on file.
2.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
2.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your access to the service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may also charge a late fee for failed payments.
3. Free Trial
3.1 Trial Period
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. The duration and terms of the free trial will be specified at the time of sign-up.
3.2 Trial Conversion
At the end of your free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee using the payment method provided during trial registration.
3.3 Trial Limitations
Free trials are limited to one per person or entity. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free trials and may refuse or revoke trial access at our discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
- You may export your data before the retention period expires
4.3 Reactivation
You may reactivate your subscription at any time. If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, your previous data may still be available.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid. We encourage you to take advantage of any free trial offered to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.
5.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period
- Service Unavailability: If the service was substantially unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
- Billing Errors: If there was an error in the amount charged
- First-Time Subscribers: New subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if the service does not meet their expectations
5.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days
5.4 Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not receive a refund for unused time.
5.5 Annual Subscription Refunds
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days if you have not extensively used the service. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
6.1 Suspension for Non-Payment
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, your account may be suspended. Suspended accounts will have limited access until payment is received.
6.2 Termination for Violation
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately without refund if you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
6.3 Data Upon Termination
Upon account termination, your data will be handled according to our data retention policies. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before termination.
7. Disputes
7.1 Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your credit card company, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
7.2 Resolution
